Randall was a 1965 grad of Lincoln High School. He enlisted in the US Army in 1966 and completed basic and advanced training at Fort Leonard Wood and Fort Ord, California. He was stationed at Fort Wainwright in Fairbanks, Alaska with an infantry battalion before serving a year in Vietnam until his discharge in 1969. Returning to the area, Randy drove Redi-Mix concrete for 29 years and married Ginny Voelz in 1997. He was proud to have earned a BlackBelt in TaeKwonDo and enjoyed spending time in Northern Wisconsin fishing with his brothers. Above all, he enjoyed spending time with his family and delighting in Shawn, Brian and Kyle’s accomplishments. Randall passed away on March 2, 2020. He is missed by his family, grandchildren: his brothers and sisters and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
