Louis Binder enlisted in the Army and served during World War I. He held the rank of Private First Class and served with 32nd Division, 127th Infantry Regiment. Binder experienced a serious casualty which ultimately resulted in loss of life on August 07, 1918 He is buried at Plot D Row 11 Grave 3, Oise-Aisne American Cemetery, Fere-en-Tardenois, France.
