Harry F. Bain, Jr.

Harry F. Bain, Jr. was born in June 28, 1945. He was unmarried and living with his father, Henry Sr., when he entered the service from the District of Columbia and served in the U.S. Army Air Forces, 531st Bomber Squadron and 380th Bomber Group. He was awarded the Air Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster and the Purple Heart for his actions in World War II.

Harry died in action on June 18, 1945, in the Philippines. He was buried at Manila American Cemetery, Fort Bonifacio, Manila, Philippines.
